The Company has been notified of the exercise of share options under the M.P. Evans Group PLC Long Term Incentive Scheme by Mr MH Coulson, director of the Company. Mr MH Coulson exercised his share options over 10,049 shares of
Simultaneously, Mr MH Coulson sold 4,649 Shares at 808p per Share in order to fund the tax and national insurance liabilities resulting from the exercise of the share options (the "Share Sale"). In addition, Mr MH Coulson transferred the remaining 5,400 Shares to Mrs N Coulson, Mr MH Coulson's wife.
