DIRECTORS' SHARE INTERESTS

The Company has today been notified that Mr P A Fletcher, a director of the Company, has today transferred 51,361 shares out of a trust created for the benefit of his children.  Mr Fletcher's children now hold those shares directly.  The share transfer was made for nil consideration.

The interests of Mr P A Fletcher and his wife in the issued share capital ("ISC") of the Company are now as follows:-
