SCRIP DIVIDEND REFERENCE PRICE
In respect of the Company's interim dividend of 2.25 pence per share for the year ending 31 December 2015, shareholders were given the opportunity to elect to receive shares in lieu of cash. The reference price for those electing to receive shares will be 361.98 pence based on the average of the middle-market quotations of the Company's Shares for the five business days commencing on the ex-dividend date as derived from the London Stock Exchange Daily Official List.
